Shibu Soren, a former chief minister of Jharkhand, was hospitalized in Delhi after having breathing problems

Shibu Soren, the leader of the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) and a member of the Rajya Sabha, was brought to the Sir Ganga Ram Hospital in Delhi after claiming to feel queasy and out of breath.

When he and his son, Chief Minister Hemant Soren, were traveling back to Ranchi, the previous chief minister of Jharkhand voiced his unhappiness. After then, the Chief Minister went back to Ranchi, but was unable to go to Hazaribag for an event because of a mechanical issue with his helicopter, according to authorities cited by news agency PTI.

The father-and-son team left on September 9 for Delhi. Hemant Soren was scheduled to attend a dinner party organized by President Draupadi Murmu, while Shibu Soren went for a regular check-up.

“Today evening, I had the pleasure to attend the G20India2023 official dinner hosted by Hon’ble @rasthtrapatibhavan President Smt Droupadi Murmu Ji,” he said on X after going to the event. On this occasion, I also got the chance to meet with Union Ministers, Chief Ministers, and other dignitaries.

He also shared a picture with Joe Biden, Narendra Modi, Droupadi Murmu, and Bihar’s chief minister, Nitish Kumar.

Reports state that Shibu Soren’s status is stable right now. The JMM Supremo was admitted to a private hospital in Ranchi early this year after claiming to be having lung problems.

Between 2005 and 2010, Shibu Soren was the Jharkhand chief minister three times.
