Sirsa: Honoring a deserving pupil

Sirsa: On Friday, a ceremony honoring Rohit Prakash—who placed fifth nationally in the UPSC NDA and NA (II) Examination (2023)—was organized at the Sutlej Public School here. Rohit gained admission to the Indian Navy via the UPSC NDA 152nd Course after achieving a perfect score of 94% on the 10th board test at Sutlej Public School and demonstrating exceptional performance in the 11th and 12th grades.

Rohit has gained admission to the Jawaharlal Nehru University of Engineering and Technology, Khadakwasla, Pune, for a Bachelor of Technology degree thanks to his outstanding performance. The director of the school, Navjeet Singh Sarkaria, acknowledged Rohit’s accomplishments and gave him a card of praise in addition to expressing his sincere congratulations to his parents.

placement drive conducted

Karnal: At a campus placement drive conducted at the Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar College, Kaithal, a total of twenty students from the RKSD College, Kaithal, were chosen by Muthoot Microfin Limited. Professor Vishal Anand, who organized the placement cell, was praised by Principal Sanjay Goyal. The students each got an annual package offer of around Rs 2.5 lakh after being chosen to be relationship officers and heads of operations.

A camp for health examinations was planned.

Mahendragarh: The University Health Centre, Central University of Haryana (CUH), Mahendragarh, hosted a health check-up camp. At the camp’s opening, Professor Tankeshwar Kumar said that the goal of the health check-up camp was to raise awareness among all residents, staff, and students. The university’s registrar, professor Suneel Kumar, was also present for the event. The medical officers of the university, Drs. Rajat and Hina Yadav, said that 74 students and staff members were evaluated by pediatricians Drs. Mukesh Sharma, Pooja, Priyanka, and Shubhram Yadav from Chirayu Hospital Mahendergarh. Dr. Rajat Yadav conveyed his appreciation to the University’s National Service Scheme (NSS) section for their assistance in planning the event. On the camp were Dr. Yudhveer, Dr. Mukesh Upadhyay, Dr. Mukesh Upadhyay, and Dr. Pradeep Kumar, the NSS Coordinator.

An organized investiture event

Sonepat: The Motilal Nehru School of Sports hosted the investiture event for senior school posts. The event, which took place in the school auditorium during the morning assembly, commemorated an important day on the school calendar. Under the direction of Col. Ashok Mor (retd), the school’s director and principal, the oath-taking ceremony got underway. Sagar has been named the school captain, Krishan the vice captain, and Vridhi the captain and Shagun the vice captain, respectively, of the school females. Col. Mor commanded the recently appointed school appointees to carry out their responsibilities with the highest honesty and commitment.
