Telangana Made a Significant Contribution to Indian History, Says PM Modi

On Saturday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said Telangana has made a significant contribution to Indian history.

Telangana may be a brand-new state. But Telangana and its people have always made a significant contribution to India’s history, according to reports of Modi’s remarks after laying the cornerstones for several projects in the state.


“The role of the people of Telangana has been great today when India has become the fifth-largest economy in the world,” Modi said in a PTI report.
There is enthusiasm about a developing India under such circumstances, when the world is moving forward to invest in India.For the people of Telangana, there are many chances, he remarked.

“A ‘Young India’ is portrayed as Naya Bharat today. This Bharat is energized, he said.

“We must make the most of every minute of this golden era. Any region of India shouldn’t fall behind in the development’s quick speed, he added.

Before he began, he was welcomed by “Bharat Maata ki ji” and “Vande Mataram” chants.

According to a PMO statement, Modi will travel from Warangal to Bikaner in Rajasthan to dedicate and lay the cornerstone for development projects worth more than Rs 24,300 crore.

It was said that he will dedicate phase-I of the Inter-State Transmission Line for Green Energy Corridor as well as a six-lane portion of the Amritsar to Jamnagar Economic Corridor to the country.

The PM will also lay the cornerstone for the renovation of Bikaner Railway Station, according to the release.

Between July 7 and 8, Modi will visit four states: Chhattisgarh, Uttar Pradesh, Telangana, and Rajasthan.
