The BJP takes a firm stance against “corrupt Oppn.”

Lucknow: The BJP mobilised its electoral apparatus a day after Prime Minister Narendra Modi escalated his attacks on the opposition, accusing it of being corrupt and requesting that MLAs and ministers speak with the media in every district to bring up the matter. Ahead of the Lok Sabha elections, the action may encourage the opposition and heighten Modi’s charges.

Bhupendra Chaudhary, the head of the BJP in Uttar Pradesh, travelled to Amroha with the intention of holding a news conference, while deputy chief ministers Keshav Maurya and Brajesh Pathak had theirs in Ghaziabad and Lucknow, respectively. Similarly, at Rampur and Azamgarh, respectively, UP ministers Dharampal Singh and Suya Pratap Singh attacked the opposition. On Monday, the BJP hosted news conferences in up to 35 districts overall.

In an interview with Lucknow Media, Pathak said that the Indian bloc is deceiving people. “Corruption is being justified by those who do it. “The leaders of the INDIA block say’save the corrupt,’ but PM Modi says’remove corruption,'” he remarked. According to Pathak, Modimania was sweeping the nation.
“The first phase’s nomination period is now closed. He said, “The whole state is in a saffron mood, supporting the BJP and Modi, and the nomination process for the second phase is underway.
