Tirupati: BJP claims that the Congress manifesto indicates a divide and rule strategy

Tirupati: BJP State Spokesman Samanchi Srinivas said that the Congress is carrying on the British tradition of divide and rule and hasn’t learned a lesson despite its string of electoral setbacks.

Speaking to the media on the Congress manifesto here on Wednesday, he made the observation that there aren’t any specific plans to strengthen the economy and provide advantages to all groups. Prime Minister Narendra Modi urged people not to fall for the hollow promises of the Congress, even as his administration, which lasted for ten years, improved the economy and was poised to take office with a successful development plan.

The head of the BJP accused the Congress of carrying on with its family politics and said that the previous Congress did not practice internal democracy. During Congress’s control, the nation had a number of issues in addition to a lack of security for people’s lives and property. He said that inhabitants always lived in dread of terrorist attacks occurring anywhere in the nation. To maintain peace and protect the integrity of the country, Samanchi urged voters to re-elect Modi.
