Today, PM Modi will lay the foundation stone for road projects worth Rs. 1 lakh crore and inaugurate the Dwarka Expressway

Inaugurating and laying the cornerstone for over 112 National Highway (NH) projects valued at over one lakh crore today will be Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Additionally, PM Modi will officially open the Dwarka Expressway’s Haryana segment.

One of the Road Ministry’s most ambitious projects is the Dwarka Expressway. It would enhance the NH 48 connection between Delhi and Gurugram. The Prime Minister’s Office said on Sunday that the construction of the eight-lane Dwarka Expressway’s 19-km-long Haryana segment cost around Rs 4,100 crore.

The following significant initiatives will be launched by the PM:

– A six-lane road spanning nine kilometers from Nangloi-Nazafgarh to Dwarka Sector 24

– Three sets of the Lucknow ring road were constructed for a total of Rs 4,600 crore.

– The four-lane Kiratpur-Nerchowk highway in Himachal Pradesh

– More than 42 projects totaling Rs 20,500 crore

In addition, PM Modi will set the groundwork for a number of initiatives, such as:

– Three bundles of Rs 4,900 crore worth of Shamli-Ambala highway projects

– Two Amritsar-Bathinda corridor project packages valued at Rs 3,800 crore

– 39 more road projects throughout the nation

During his visit to Ahmedabad on Tuesday, Prime Minister Modi will reveal and lay the foundation stone for rail projects valued at Rs 85,000 crore. In addition, the Vande Bharat train will be launched on ten lines by Prime Minister Modi, including Patna-Lucknow, New Jalpaiguri-Patna, Lucknow-Dehradun, Ranchi-Varanasi, and Khajuraho-Delhi.

Additionally, PM Modi will unveil the Rs. 1,200 crore Sabarmati Ashram project master plan. Through this effort, the lessons of Mahatma Gandhi will be reenergized for the next generation.
