Video: Days After a Ransom Call, Criminals Fire for Ten Minutes at MP Trader’s Home

After their demand for ransom was turned down by the oil seller in a crowded Madhya Pradesh market area, three guys opened fire randomly at his home, according to police authorities.

A nearby building’s CCTV system captured the gunfire.

The guys can be seen in the video approaching the trader’s home and shooting several bullets at it, which causes fear in the neighborhood. According to reports, the assailants opened fire for ten minutes before escaping on a motorbike.

It is thought that the shooters are Achar Sahitya gang members. The group had called the oil dealer, demanding a ransom of Rs 2 lakh.

The Joura police station’s main market was the scene of the incident. To apprehend the miscreants, police have assembled a squad,” he said.
