“Virtual Alliance Will Conduct Meetings Only Virtually”: JP Nadda slaps the India Bloc

New Delhi: On Saturday, BJP President J P Nadda took a jab at the opposition coalition INDIA, claiming that its leaders’ two-point purpose is to protect their families and assets and that the alliance is a virtual one that meets virtually just out of formality.

Speaking at a Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha meeting to introduce the ‘Namo Navmatdata Abhiyan’ in an effort to engage new voters, he stated that although Prime Minister Narendra Modi is working towards a developed India, empowering women, youth, and farmers, and eliminating poverty, the opposition is committed to “removing Modi.”

Mr. Nadda said that he was informed that the INDIA parties were meeting remotely when he inquired about their gathering.

Only virtual meetings will be held by a virtual alliance. For the sake of procedures, it will comply, he said.

He attacked Mamata Banerjee, Sharad Pawar, Farooq Abdullah, M K Stalin, and other opposition figures, saying that they were constantly worried about their children’s political future. Among them were the late M Karunanidhi and Parkash Singh Badal.

He remarked, Isn’t Akhilesh Yadav worried about Dimple Yadav, his wife and a member of the Lok Sabha?

He said that they are all facing CBI or ED charges, stating that they all engage in corruption yet misuse investigative institutions.

He said that both Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi, the former presidents of the Congress, are free on bond.

According to Mr. Nadda, PM Modi’s focus on “sabka saath, sabka vikas” has redefined politics and left opposition parties with no problems.

He said that they used to utilize divide and conquer tactics based on caste and religion, but that PM Modi has altered the traditional strategy. “They are unable to make out as to what issues they should raise,” he stated.

The four largest castes, according to the prime minister, are women, farmers, youth, and the impoverished.

He stated, perhaps directed at Congressman Rahul Gandhi, that although reports on the empowerment of the Other Backward Classes were long ignored by past prime leaders Jawaharlal Nehru, Indira Gandhi, and Rajiv Gandhi, they are now being brought up.

He went on, “PM Modi has done so much for the OBCs.”

The BJP president attacked the West Bengal administration for allegedly attacking sadhus, claiming opposition politicians were upset with the color saffron during a period when the nation was deeply devoted to Lord Ram.

Mr. Nadda informed the party’s youth wing members that many young people make the false claim to be apolitical, which is equivalent to shutting one’s eyes to the truth.

“You have to be political, no matter what the circumstances. You need to know what is right and wrong,” he said.

The BJP president said that PM Modi’s goal of making India a developed nation would be achieved in large part thanks to the country’s young population, which is both a resource and a source of energy.

He said that under the Modi administration, chances for the young have changed in the nation, citing the growth in the number of IITs, IIMs, AIIMS, and other institutions.

When PM Modi addresses the party’s members on January 25, National Voters’ Day, Mr. Nadda said that the party hopes to register one crore new voters.
