Vote for neither “Bade Bhai” nor “Chhote Bhai,” says KCR

Mahabubnagar/Hyderabad: BRS president K Chandrashekar Rao claimed on Friday that voting for “Chhote Bhai Revanth Reddy or Bade Bhai Narendra Modi will result in the fixing of meters to the agriculture pumpsets in the State,” accusing the two national parties of working together to destroy the regional parties.

Speaking to an audience at the Mahabubnagar Road show on Friday, the head of BRS took aim at the BJP’s slogans and agenda items. Chandrashekar Rao said that the election was between the BJP and the BRS and predicted that voting for the Congress will also help the BJP win. If the Congress wins, the CM will put the power changes into effect, he said.

Rao read out a list of the Modi government’s catchphrases while urging the populace to consider what the BJP has accomplished for the nation. He said that all of the catchphrases, including “Make in India,” “Beti Bachao Beti Padhao,” and “Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas,” were false. Is Modi’s failures entirely the result of a Vishwa Guru? Did DK Aruna, the BJP’s national vice president, grant Palamuru Rangareddy national status? The rupee is worth 83 against the dollar. Is this how India regards you? said Chandrashekar Rao, adding that Telangana would not be well-served by the BJP’s win.

The head of BRS encouraged the young people to vote for their employees. Citing DK Aruna’s welcoming of Andhra minister Raghuveera Reddy on his water-carrying mission to Rayalaseema in the undivided Andhra Pradesh, he claimed that voting for her would amount to people piercing their own eyes with their hands.

The head of BRS blasted Congress for not carrying out the commitments. “It’s been five months since the Ambedkar Overseas scholarships ceased, food poisoning incidents have occurred in dorms, students are not receiving price refunds, and I’m not sure whether Rythu Bandhu will continue or not. Should we argue or remain silent? Rao said, “I will fight this war till the day I die, but I will not back down when Telangana is being destroyed.”
