Will take action against those who “disrobed democracy” after the change in government: Rahul

Rahul Gandhi delivered a severe warning that the BJP’s removal from power would be followed by exemplary measures that would discourage anyone in the future from “disrobing democracy” in the midst of the Congress’s tax problems.

Rahul wrote on X, saying that “those who ‘disrobed democracy’ will definitely face consequences when the government changes!” And there will be such a violent reaction that nobody will ever dare attempt any of this again.

I promise you this.” Additionally, he shared an old video of himself making the same statement, warning the CBI and ED that “a day will come when there will be no BJP government, and then there will be action and they should be mindful of that.”

Candidates running for Lok Sabha elections have been encouraged to spearhead the movement in their districts during the weekend’s statewide rallies by the Congress against the “tax terrorism” of the Modi government. Strong protests against the BJP’s “egregious attack on democracy” should take place in all states, down to the district level, according to AICC General Secretary K. C. Venugopal’s directive to the party units. All the top leaders should take part.

“As is known worldwide, the BJP is out to financially eliminate Congress and has filed multiple frivolous cases against us right on the eve of elections,” said the senior AICC leader. Every state in the union will be participating in nationwide protests against this measure. This is a systemic stifling of people’s voices, not just concerning our party. And the populace will rebel.”
