8 and older Girl is lured with chips, raped and strangled by her neighbor, and her body is then placed in a gunny bag

In a shocking event, an 8-year-old child was discovered dead at her neighbor’s home in the Aligarh region of Uttar Pradesh. Police claim that the two accused offenders, who have now been taken into custody, first sexually assaulted the child victim before strangling him.

According to a senior police officer, the accused allegedly placed the child’s corpse inside their home in a gunny bag, which was subsequently found during a search on Wednesday. He said that the victim’s autopsy showed that she had been sexually molested before being fatally strangled.

Senior Superintendent of Police Kalanidhi Naithani told news agency PTI that a team of three physicians who performed the eight-year-old girl’s postmortem “has confirmed that the victim was sexually assaulted and later strangled to death.”

Suhaleyheen (20) and his brother Rizwan (18) were the two suspects who were detained on Wednesday and imprisoned on Thursday. The police said that the primary suspect Suhaleyheen has confessed to the crime and that their third brother, a child, was also detained but released following interrogation.

Suhaleyheen confessed during questioning that he had given the young girl Rs 20 to purchase “paan masala” and a package of chips. When the girl returned to his residence with the goods, he enticed her inside where he sexually assaulted her before strangling her to death.

According to investigators, the main suspect later assisted by his brother Rizwan placed the corpse into a gunny bag and concealed it inside their home.

The two were charged with murder on Wednesday, and as a result of the results of the post-mortem report, they have also been charged with rape and with violating the relevant provisions of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses (POCSO) Act, according to the police.

On Tuesday, the child vanished from her home in the Aligarh neighborhood of Kotwali police station. The SSP had said on Wednesday that the breakthrough occurred after police examined CCTV video that showed her entering her neighbor’s home.
