A video captures the chaotic scene at the Bengaluru airport after five delays

There are aircraft delays all around the nation as a consequence of the thick fog over North India. The customers’ discomfort was increased by the airlines’ unclear communication, which made the weather-related delays worse. Travelers have been posting images of chaotic airport scenes on social media for the last several days. These images include lengthy lineups of disoriented travelers and clumsy workers. people complained that they were not given clear information on delays, reroutes, or refunds on IndiGo Airlines, the biggest airline in India in terms of both people carried and fleet size. The airline faced the worst criticism for its poor management.

A video of a large group of people lingering around the IndiGo information desk was recently uploaded by an X user. The airline employees made every effort to appease the customers. “Yesterday late night scenes from Bengaluru Airport while flying to Pune,” the X user said in reference to this sight. At worst, they claimed they didn’t have crew members for the trip Indigo after the aircraft was delayed five times in thirty minutes.#Indigo airlines @IndiGo6E.

There are lakhs of likes and seven lakh views for this video. One X user commented on it, saying, “Passengers can receive a full refund if a flight is delayed for more than two hours.” For this reason, they never provide accurate information the first time and leave you in suspense. Wish there was a group of passengers that could bring legal action against them for providing false information, partial facts, and outright falsehoods.

According to the IndiGo website, “Customers are entitled to a full refund or re-booking onto an alternative IndiGo flight at no additional cost, subject to availability, in case of delays of more than two hours or Preponement of the flight by more than one hour.”

“A common thread emerging from most delay cases is that IndiGo Airlines has more flights than it has a crew to fly these aircraft,” another user said. How could officials have missed this? Please take action, @DGCAIndia @JM_Scindia, as thousands of passengers—many of whom are elderly citizens—are being impacted.

While some criticized the airlines for their poor management, others urged travelers to avoid acting aggressively toward airline employees. An X user brought up this topic by writing, “Passengers are left in misery due to terrible delays and cancellations in the US as well.” I don’t like indigo. But this is not how people encircle and badger the poor gate agent. If these same individuals behaved differently in an Arab or Western nation, they would undoubtedly be detained and taken out.
