‘Massive’ Kangaroo Trying To Drown His Dog Is Fought Off By Martial Arts Enthusiast
There are several accounts of dogs risking their own lives and going above and beyond to save the lives of their owners in stories that may be found online. A tale of a guy who then engaged in combat with a powerful kangaroo in order to save his beloved dog from the grips of the enormous animal is currently gaining popularity. The Australian guy can be seen fighting a kangaroo in the middle of the sea to rescue his dog in a video he posted on his TikTok account. The guy reportedly caught the kangaroo in the midst of attempting to drown the dog in the water.
He goes by the name Mick Moloney and resides in Mildura, Australia. He teaches Brazilian jiu-jitsu and martial arts. Over the weekend, Moloney was relaxing on the riverbank when he noticed that one of his dogs, Hatchi, was gone. He saw a large kangaroo in the river as he turned to look behind and behind the reeds. He then noticed his dog emerging from the water with the kangaroo clearly in a headlock.
In addition, he could see water streaming from his beloved dog’s lips as the animal yelled loudly. The guy tried making loud sounds and called out to other people in an effort to frighten the kangaroo, but in vain. He made many futile tries before deciding to go up against the powerful 7-foot marsupial in the river. He also got into a fight before grabbing his beloved dog, recording a video of the encounter with the animal since he knew no one would believe him.

On the social networking platform X, a video of the full altercation in which the guy approaches the enormous animal that can be seen looking directly at him while holding that dog down in the water is also becoming viral.
The cat replied when the guy sprayed water on him by throwing Moloney’s phone into the lake. After a brief altercation that was not recorded, the guy takes up his phone and walks toward the coast with his dog, leaving the kangaroo to stay still.
A comprehensive description of the situation was provided by the social media user in the caption, which said, “This man videotaped himself in an Australian river attempting to remove a 7-foot kangaroo off of his dog, who was having difficulties breathing. You can hear the man remark, “I’m going to punch you in the f*****g head,” as he enters the water. Let go of my puppy. I’m delighted to say that the guy, the dog, and the kangaroo all survived this incident quite unscathed.
