Ryanair tweets a scathing response to a customer’s complaint

Many consumers use social media as a forum to air their complaints about businesses. A Ryanair customer who was traveling complained about his experience on X (formerly known as Twitter), but the airline’s answer divided many people.

@ToldYouThusly, a user on X, wrote: “@Ryanair I will bring my own stairs next time.” He sent a photo of the jet and the steps that are connected to it so that passengers may board along with the tweet.

Ryanair saw this picture shortly after it was uploaded and responded by commenting, “Bring your own plane next time too.”

On October 11, Ryanair sent the tweet. With more than 24.6 million views since it was uploaded, it has gained popularity. The post received a lot of likes and comments. Many people expressed how amusing they found the airline’s reaction in the post’s comments section.

In the words of a fourth, “Ryanair waited for this exact moment right here lmao.”

“Bro was just joking, you burned him,” said the fifth.
