CNG Prices Increased Today Throughout Delhi-NCR; Verify New Prices In Noida, Gurugram, And Faridabad

As of today (December 14), the cost of compressed natural gas (CNG) in Delhi-NCR has increased by Rs 1. The price increase in Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, and Ghaziabad has been formally notified by Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL). Delhi’s CNG prices per kilogram will be Rs 76.59 as of right now. The new CNG prices are effective as of this morning, December 14, 2023, at six in the morning.

There have been four increases in CNG pricing this year, or in 2023. Prior to this, the cost of compressed natural gas, or CNG, was cut in July but raised in November and August.

Costs in Gurugram, Ghaziabad, Noida, and Greater Noida
CNG now costs Rs 82.20 per kg in Noida and Rs 81.20 per kg in Greater Noida. Their charges have been reported at an increment of Rs 1 apiece.

In Ghaziabad, the new price for CNG is Rs 81.20 per kg, while in Gurugram, which is part of the National Capital Region, the price is Rs 83.62 per kg.

For frequent auto-rickshaw commuters, Indraprastha Gas Limited’s (IGL) increase in CNG rates may have a significant effect. These commuters may experience increased financial strain as a consequence of the growth in the transportation industry, which might raise auto-rickshaw charges and have an impact on their daily commuting costs.
