It further says that a demand letter was received in April 2022, requesting that Seven Star Satellite Pvt. Ltd.’s debtors and co-borrowers, among others, pay up the unpaid amount of Rs 12.89 crore within the next sixty days. But the bank seized ownership of the mortgaged property when the parties failed to pay the remaining amount.
