In Munnar, Indian Hotels Company Limited develops a new hotel

The establishment of Scenic Munnar in Kerala has been announced by Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL). In Munnar, a charming hill town in Kerala with over 600 miles of Arabian Sea beachfront, this is the first hotel operated by the Tata Group.

With the opening of this hotel, IHCL will have 20 properties in Kerala—six of which are still under development—across the Taj, Seleqtions, Vivanta, and Ginger brands. IHCL’s Managing Director and CEO, Puneet Chhatwal, said, “IHCL has been steadfast in its commitment to the state having pioneered tourism in Kerala.”
