Ola Electric launches its 500th service center in Kochi, expanding its network
In Kochi, Kerala, Ola Electric opened its 500th service center. This action represents a major turning point in the company’s quick development plan, which aims to increase its service reach across the nation. Notably, the recently inaugurated facility in Kochi is the biggest Ola Electric service center in the state of Kerala.
An Ola representative said that the firm is still very focused on improving customer happiness and the ownership experience. Ola is able to quickly and effectively handle customer care demands thanks to the creation of an extensive service network across India.
“Our 500th service centre in Kochi underscores our commitment to delivering on our service promises to customers,” said an Ola official. “We remain steadfast in our efforts to fortify our after-sales and service network throughout India.”
Apart from expanding its range of services, Ola Electric has entered the sub-Rs 80,000 scooter market and revised the prices of its S1 X range. The basic model of the S1 X series, which comes in three battery options (two, three, and four kWh), is currently priced at Rs 69,999 (introductory pricing). The costs of the higher variants are Rs 84,999 and Rs 99,999, respectively. Ola Electric has said that starting next week, the S1 X series will be delivered.
Ola Electric is providing an additional 8-year/80,000 km battery warranty as standard throughout its product line, even if the pricing for the S1 X plus, S1 Air, and S1 Pro models stays the same at Rs 84,999, Rs 1.05 lakh, and Rs 1.30 lakh, respectively. Additionally, customers may choose to buy add-on warranties that increase coverage to 1.25 lakh km at Rs 12,999 and up to 1 lakh km at Rs 4,999.
In addition, Ola Electric has launched a portable 3kW fast charger adapter that costs Rs 29,999 and gives users additional freedom and convenience while charging their electric scooters.
