The first ride-hailing app, Ola, began taxi services at Ayodhya’s Maharishi Valmiki International Airport. Bhavish Aggarwal, the founder of Ola, announced the news on LinkedIn and X (formerly Twitter).
According to Aggarwal, the firm has set up a special pickup area with a staff of professionals on hand around the clock to let every visitor have a hassle-free trip.

The firm is making progress toward its goal of serving one billion Indians, he said.

In contrast to a loss of Rs 66 crore in the previous fiscal year, Ola’s mobility business in India declared a profit of Rs 250 crore in the 2023 fiscal year. From Rs 1,350 crore in the fiscal year 2022 to Rs 2,135 crore in the fiscal year 2023, the company’s revenue climbed by 58%.
