Wavetronix buys 42Square, a software consultancy business
The Utah-based Wavetronix LLC, a provider of intelligent traffic solutions, has formally announced its purchase of 42Square, a software consulting business with its headquarters located in Infopark, Kochi. As a result of the partnership, Wavetronix established 42Square Solutions Pvt Ltd, a new company that has been in business in India since April 1.
The company intends to combine Wavetronix’s vision with the skills of 42Square, indicating the company’s development into new markets and promising innovation and excellence in intelligent traffic solutions.
42Square will help Wavetronix expand the embedded solutions service to other industries and set up an innovation and development center to develop new traffic solutions devices as part of the purchase.
Wavetronix is well-known for its radar traffic detection solutions. Its products are used in all 50 US states, and it has completed significant traffic projects all around the globe, making traffic systems safer and more effective overall.
“We are really happy about this partnership,” says 42Square co-founder Vincent N P. Suhair Hassan, Rijo George, and Jijo Joy, three other co-founders, agree.
Wavetronix’s founder, David Arnold, believes the purchase might strengthen the company’s standing in the market for intelligent traffic solutions.
“Wavetronix plans to increase the number of employees at the subsidiary by making significant investments over the next five years.” We want to establish a manufacturing plant for electronics in the area. This action is anticipated to boost the Indian manufacturing sector and provide employment prospects,” he continues.
