Optional sharing for business users

WhatsApp has insisted that it will not share contact details of users with the business. The company has also claimed that the policy prevents users from contacting the users without first getting permission to do so.

WhatsApp account will be closed for not accepting new terms

As far as accepting new terms of service is concerned, WhatsApp has gathered on its decision. If users do not accept the new privacy policy by the end of May 15, then they will not be able to use their WhatsApp account after that.

Support to talk to business optional

The company has said that support to talk to business account on WhatsApp will be completely optional. Users can only interact with companies and brands on WhatsApp, if they want, WhatsApp will not share the number of users with any company / brand.
