Actor Vikrant Massey, the 12th failure, says acting doesn’t work for him when it comes to benefits

In addition to winning over viewers, Vidhu Vinod Chopra’s 12th Fail has emerged as a success story for the Indian film industry. The movie, which stars Vikrant Massey and Medha Shankr, just marked its 25th successful week in theaters. The movie’s main performers shared their thoughts on the glamor and glamour of the performing industry as the film continues to captivate viewers on over-the-top platforms.

Vikrant said, “I make enough money to live a very satisfying life ahead,” in an interview with Instant Bollywood. Everyone has the right to make their own decisions on how much sleep, food, and clothing to wear, but I personally find that it doesn’t work for me.

In the meantime, Medha Shankr said, “I believe it is a personal decision, as he mentioned. I don’t find the peripherals appealing.I am purely drawn to the performing profession. That is the main goal, in my opinion. Not even other things are attracted to them. Therefore, anything I want to do on occasion, such as attending events, meeting new people, and making appearances, is OK; but, if it becomes too much, I will only be able to take so much. Thus, the answer is no, I’m not drawn to such things.

The real-life experiences of IRS Officer Shraddha Joshi and IPS Officer Manoj Kumar Sharma served as inspiration for 12th Fail. Regarding his career, Vikrant has a promising backlog of projects under development. The Sabarmati Report, a forthcoming thriller directed by Ranjan Chandel, will feature the actor in his next role. The main focus of the film is what happened on February 27, 2002, aboard the Sabarmati Express in Gujarat, close to the Godhra train station. Raashii Khanna and Ridhi Dogra also feature. In the meantime, Medha Shankr made her acting debut in the 2019 British miniseries Beecham House. She then had minor parts in the 2021 series Dil Bekaraar and the film Shaadisthan. Her big break came with the biographical drama 12th Fail (2023), which won her the Best Female Debut Zee Cine Award.
