As “Badhaai Do” approaches its second birthday, Bhumi Pednekar releases a behind-the-scenes BTS video

One of the actresses who has always made an effort to play a variety of parts is Bhumi Pednekar. From her first film, “Dum Laga Ke Haisha,” to her most recent film, “Bhakshak,” Bhumi Pednekar changed the definition of a heroine in the movie industry. She also has a particular place in the list of her well-liked and accomplished work for “Badhaai Do.” And the actress celebrated the film’s second anniversary today by writing a heartfelt statement of thanks for all of the love and support the film has received.

In honor of the event, Bhumi released a special behind-the-scenes video that gave viewers an inside look at the film’s production. “Thankful for two years of love, support, and endless smiles!” Bhumi said in her post. #LoveIsLove #BadhaaiDo.”

“Badhaai Do,” directed by Harshvardhan Kulkarni, is a follow-up to the National Award-winning movie “Badhaai Ho.” The 31-year-old physical education instructor Suman Singh, who is attracted to women, is represented in the film Bhumi. She marries Rajkummar Rao’s character, Shardul Thakur, a police officer, to get away from familial pressure. When Rajkummar’s character confesses that he is gay as well, the plot takes an unexpected turn and takes on an original twist.
Bhumi is enjoying the praise for her role in the forthcoming movie “Bhakshak” in addition to the success of “Badhaai Do.” The film explores the quest for justice made by a determined lady. In her role as the film’s lead character, Bhumi accepts the difficult assignment of looking into a case involving child sex abuse at a girls’ shelter home.
