ATTRAKT Sues Three Cupid Singers For Unlawful Contract Termination, Demands Whopping 130 Billion KRW

A significant lawsuit has been filed by ATTRAKT, a Kpop agency, against Saena, Sio, and Aran, the parents of the former FIFTY FIFTY members, and Ahn Sung Il of The Givers. The agency is seeking a staggering 130 billion KRW (about USD 99.7 million) in damages, alleging unjust contract termination.

As per the Koreaboo reports, ATTRAKT filed a civil lawsuit against Saena, Sio, and Aran, the former members of FIFTY FIFTY, for the unlawful termination of their contract. Additionally, the lawsuit was filed against The Givers, Ahn Sung Il, Mr. Baek, and the parents of the former members who had conspired with them.

The lawsuit, which has rocked the K-pop scene, is an attempt to enforce a contract that ATTRAKT believes is broken in addition to seeking monetary recompense. The agency makes a suggestion that as the litigation goes on, the original 130 billion KRW may increase.

“We filed a civil lawsuit for the unjust termination of contract against Saena, Sio, and Aran, the former members of Fifty Fifty.” In their official statement, ATTRAKT stressed that legal action had also been initiated against The Givers, Ahn Sung Il, Mr. Baek, and the parents of the former members who had participated in their plan.

ATTRAKT’s lawyer, Park Jae Hyun, has already started the legal process, and he has highlighted the case’s wider relevance. In addition to seeking damages, Attorney Park said, “We will do our best to pursue the lawsuit, keeping in mind that this can be an important opportunity to establish a fair trade order in the entertainment field.”

After a series of arguments over music and distribution rights, financial fraud, and other issues, Saena, Sio, and Aran’s exclusive contracts were terminated, setting up this court case. ATTRAKT currently intends to continue with Keena, the lone original member, and introduce new members.

Fans are waiting for further updates in the developing story between ATTRAKT and the former members of FIFTY FIFTY, as the K-pop industry prepares for the fallout from this legal battle.
