The People for Animals (PFA) NGO filed a complaint last year, prompting the Noida Police to raid a banquet venue in Sector 51 and arrest five individuals. In its First Information Report, the PFA identified Elvish and charged him with throwing rave parties whereby they attract international guests and set up deadly snakes.

He was questioned by the Noida Police on the issue for almost two hours. The veterinary department’s inquiry revealed that, out of the nine snakes, five cobras had their venom glands removed,, and the other four had not been determined to be deadly. Nine poisonous snakes were found during the raid, in case you were unaware. Removing a snake’s venom glands is against the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, and those found guilty face a seven-year prison sentence.

All of the snake charmers who have been apprehended are from Delhi’s Molarband area. These guys, it was reported, used to attract snakes, but now they play drums at weddings. They had no idea how the snakes had gotten to them or about Elvish Yadav. After being called in for interrogation, Elvish allegedly confessed to the Noida police that singer Fazilpuria had orchestrated the snakes at the party. The artist said, nevertheless, that the widely shared social media video was shot during one of his album shootings.
