Coffee With Karan 8: Alia Bhatt vs. Raha, Neetu Kapoor’s “Mini Battle” With Soni Razdan

New Delhi: Zeenat Aman and Neetu Kapoor, who were guests on the most recent episode of Koffee With Karan 8, embodied elegance and charm. This does not imply, however, that there was not any fun and games in the episode. As presenter Karan Johar listened in rapt attention, the seasoned actors related experiences from their personal and professional lives. Neetu Kapoor spoke about her unique relationship with her granddaughter Raha during the talk.

For those who don’t know, Raha is the celebrities Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s kid. Neetu Kapoor revealed the amusing “mini battle” she had with Alia Bhatt and Raha’s mother, Soni Razdan, throughout the chat. “The baby is growing at my home,” Neetu Kapoor said. I’m always telling the assistant to tell her to say “Papa.” However, Soni instructs her to say “Mumma.” Karan Johar said, “You’re having this mini battle,” at this point.
Neetu Kapoor elaborated, saying, “So, I went to the house the other day and Alia says, ‘Oh, by the way, she said mumma.'” She said “mum-mum” instead of “mumma,” I said. Don’t be too joyful, then. In a humorous aside, Neetu Kapoor also said that she was pleased that Raha was now saying “da-da” instead of “na-na.”

Neetu Kapoor, who was talking about her granddaughter, also said how she thought the name Raha fit the little child. “I think she looks great with this name. When I see her, I become very rahat. Her face is so stunning, charming, and joyful.

It’s noteworthy to note that Neetu Kapoor herself gave the child the name Raha. This was made public by Alia Bhatt in the post she uploaded, wherein she also disclosed her daughter’s name. “The name Raha (chosen by her wise and wonderful Dadi) has so many beautiful meanings,” wrote Alia Bhatt at the time. In its most basic form, raha denotes divine way. Her name means Joy in Swahili. Raha refers to a clan in Sanskrit. Rest, contentment, and relief in Bangla. Peace also refers to joy, freedom, and enjoyment in Arabic. And true to her name, we felt everything about her from the minute we held her! We are grateful to Raha for creating our family; it seems like we are just getting started.

Raha Kapoor was welcomed by Neetu Kapoor and Alia Bhatt in November 2022. The pair tied the knot in April of 2022.
