Day 6 Box Office Earnings of Rs 10.25 Cr: Shah Rukh Khan and Rajkumar Hirani’s Film Witnesses First Drop

Box Office Collections for Dunki: Since its December 21 release, the film Dunki, which stars Shah Rukh Khan and Taapsee Pannu, has garnered a great deal of affection and respect from viewers. In the few days after its release, the movie has already brought in over Rs 130 crore net in India. On the sixth day, however, the Rajkumar Hirani-directed film saw its first decline at the box office. According to reports, the movie’s first Tuesday in India brought in a net income of Rs 10.25 crore.

According to Sacnilk.com, Dunki’s Hindi occupancy rate on December 26, 2023, was 22.28 percent overall. It now has a total value of Rs 140.20 crore. The non-holiday release of Shah Rukh Khan’s Dunki had a strong first day at the box office. On its opening day, the movie—SRK’s third release of the year—raked in an estimated Rs 30 crore at the box office. During the advance booking period, the film brought in a total of Rs 15.41 crore.

Dunki fared well on its first day of sales, but it was unable to surpass the marks established by Shah Rukh’s previous two films, Jawan and Pathaan. On its first day of release, Pathaan brought in Rs 57 crore, while Jawan brought in Rs 74.50 in all Indian languages.

Dunki was the first project that Shah Rukh Khan and Rajkumar Hirani worked together on. The plot centers on a group of friends who want to go overseas, and it highlights their difficulties on the unusual trip known as the Donkey Flight.

Shah Rukh’s performance has earned the movie a 4-star rating from News18 Showsha. Shah Rukh Khan is what keeps Dunki afloat. It’s nice to see him perform something that lets him show off his acting prowess after seeing him transform into an action hero with Pathaan and Jawan. SRK gives his character a unique blend of honesty, sensitivity, and sincere dignity. His genuine warmth and purity captivate us, and in a Hirani film, it’s all about the heart. One of the most important movies of his career, according to the critics.
