The co-living and co-working company reportedly paid a security deposit of Rs 6 lakhs, and the monthly rent price was set at Rs 2.06 lakhs, according to the Leave and Licence agreement that Madhu and Siddharth Chopra signed.
Additionally, the paperwork indicate that the bungalow’s plot is 3754 square feet. The ground level has a built-up size of 2180 square feet. There is a 950 square foot basement as well as a 2232 square foot garden space. In addition to all of this, there is a 400 square foot parking space.
