Exclusive: Arun Mandola, who plays Sankatmochan Mahabali Hanuman, talks about his recent visit to the Ayodhya temple

Famous for the television series “Sankat Mochan Mahabali Hanumaan” and “Vighnaharta Ganesha,” actor Arun Mandola talks about his recent journey to Ayodhya.
He said, “I traveled to Ayodhya specifically for a special Ram poojan. I visited the temple for the first time in an official capacity after its inauguration. I visited Ayodhya in 2019 when Shri Yogi Adityanath ji, the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, was in town. I was invited by UP Tourism to a significant Diwali celebration, but it was a business trip.

For his pooja, Shri Ram Ji contacted me this time. I am undoubtedly fortunate that God has selected me. With the gift of Shri Ram, I was able to participate in other Ramayana TV programs, and with my first Sony TV show, “Sankat Mochan Mahabali Hanuman,” I achieved international recognition. “After 500 years of fighting, we Sanatanis got justice in Shri Ram’s Bhoomi in his own birthplace,” Arun continues. I have to admit that I consider myself very fortunate to have seen this amazing occurrence. I’m not sure how many births I had to take in the past to be granted this wonderful chance, but I consider myself fortunate to have had two chances in the previous five years. Shri Ram Ji is calling me again and again. I feel incredibly unique, and only spiritual individuals will really be able to relate to this emotion.

Arun continues, “I just said thank you to Shri Ram Bhagwan that we all Indians can see his temple,” for the particular prayer portion. It’s incredible that a Treta Yuga native is still alive in our world due to his aura and divinity. That capacity belongs only to the almighty God. Arun Yogiraj is the one who created the Shri Ram monument; Arun Govil is the person who is now emanating the aura of Shri Ram; and Arun Mandola, a regular middle-class child, became well-known around the globe thanks to the Ramayana. I am grateful to Purushottam Bhagwan Shri Ramchandra for this miracle.

The Ayodhya Temple emerged and was thereafter the next popular tourist spot on this list. “Ayodhya will undoubtedly become the world’s most popular tourist destination,” says Arun. It’s just a preview of what’s to come. There weren’t many hotels and the city wasn’t developed when I visited Ayodhya, but now that construction is underway, I believe the next ten years will be very prosperous for Uttar Pradesh as a whole. They are concentrating on Uttar Pradesh’s development and are not putting up with criminality.

He continues, “I spent three days in Ayodhya. I was at Saryu Ghat on Day 1. I was thinking about how Shri Ram, together with his siblings and Mata Sita, used to sit at Saryu Ghat. It was so pristine and tranquil. When I saw the idol of Shri Ram, I had never seen anything so alluring and beautiful. That statue exuded such majesty. The finest part of Saryu Nadi’s 6 p.m. Aarti is my favorite thing about the lovely lighting program at Saryu Ghat. There are small-scale events taking place all across Ayodhya, which is increasing the city’s appeal. I visited Hanuman Gari for Hanuman Darshan on the second day. According to the locals, Hanuman Ji is always present at Hanuman Garhi. Hanuman Garhi is the place to go if you want to do Ram Darshan. I visited Bharat Kund on the third day. Part of Ayodhya is also Bharat Kund. Ayodhya’s most inspirational feature is Shri Ram’s commitment to the community. He gave us advice on how to be a decent leader, parent, brother, son, and deity. I have also been to locations like Dashrath Mahal and Kanak Bhawan.”
