Jodie, Phoebe, and Rabe collaborate on “A Big Bold Beautiful Journey.”

Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Lily Rabe, Jodie Turner-Smith, and newcomer Lucy Thomas have joined the cast of “A Big Bold Beautiful Journey.” ‘Columbus’ (2017) and ‘After Yang’ (2021) are the previous feature films that Kogonada directed. The film stars Margot Robbie and Colin Farrell.

Prod by Dan Friedkin, Bradley Thomas, Ryan Friedkin, and Youree Henley, ‘A Big Bold Beautiful Journey’ was written by Seth Reiss, who also wrote ‘The Menu’ (2022).

In addition to creating the screenplay, Reiss will co-produce it. It will be Colin Farrell and Kogonada’s second collaboration; the two previously worked together on “After Yang.” After starring in “Downtown Owl,” Rabe will next be seen in the David E. Kelly-helmed courtroom thriller miniseries “Presumed Innocent.”

Turner-Smith, meantime, is waiting for “Tron-Ares,” which is in post-production, to be released. She is also working on the television shows “The Acolyte” and “Bad Monkey.” Coming up is Waller-Bridge’s role as Blossom, the voice of a character in John Krasinski’s IF.
