Rubina Dilaik says that “she is strong, invincible” and sets fitness goals for expectant mothers
Rubina Dilaik and Abhinav Shukla, a television power couple, are expecting their first child together. After months of rumors about Rubina’s pregnancy, the actress formally revealed the news on Instagram on September 16 in a touching message. When Rubina announced that she was pregnant, they were traveling the US together. She has returned to Mumbai and is establishing fitness objectives for everyone.
The glowing soon-to-be mother was shown at her gym wearing stylish and comfortable clothes, setting objectives for both her health and her wardrobe, in a video compilation provided by Rubina. In order to stay in shape throughout her pregnancy, the actress could be spotted doing squats at the gym. She said, “Who is She? She is Strong, She Is Invincible. I am proud of HER because “SHE IS YOU.” In the video, she sent the following message: “To all the women who embrace this journey with grace.”
The video has caused controversy on the internet. While some of her followers praised her for continuing to work out while pregnant, others urged others not to copy Rubina’s routine without a trainer. A commenter said, “You are strong and incredible, keep working.” One more person said, “You are such an inspiration!”
While another person said, “If you’re not accustomed to such routines and such, please don’t simply blindly start doing because your favorite celebrity did,” another person replied, “She has a trainer by her side and she performed the training before pregnancy so it’s different for her. Please get medical advice before beginning these exercises. One more person said, “That’s good to exercise during pregnancy, but before doing any of these exercises, pls get a consultation from your doctor.”
On the sets of Choti Bahu, Rubina and Abhinav became friends. In 2018, they got married. The duo also took part in Salman Khan’s reality series Bigg Boss 14 together, and they rapidly rose to the top of the nation’s favorite celebrity couples. Even better, Rubina was declared the show’s victor.
