Following news that the Enforcement Directorate had confiscated his assets, valued at Rs 97.79 crore, in connection with a bitcoin fraud case, Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra exchanged cryptic messages. Raj and Shilpa Shetty’s attorney released a statement on their behalf, but before that, Raj posted a mysterious message on Instagram Stories. The businessman spoke about being composed in the face of disrespect and posted a photo of a roaring lion.

Raj Kundra said in his essay, “Learning to stay calm when you feel disrespected is a different type of growth.” Shilpa, on the other hand, posted a photo of Sai Baba along with the hashtag #Surrender and the words “Om Sai Ram.”

Shilpa and Raj said that they are prepared to work with the relevant authorities in a statement released by their attorney. Their hopes were for a “fair investigation,” and they expressed complete confidence in the Indian legal system.

“To safeguard my customers’ property and freedom, we will adhere to the rule of law and take the required actions as outlined in the Prevention of Money Laundering Act. According to their statement, “there isn’t a prima facie case made out against my clients, Mr. Raj Kundra and Mrs. Shilpa Shetty Kundra.”

“We have total confidence in the judiciary, which is honorable. Even the investigating agencies could be willing to provide us justice if we submit a fair case before the Honorable Enforcement Directorate, in my opinion. We trust the impartial inquiry. It said, “We are dedicated to assisting the authorities as needed.

Raj’s moveable and immovable possessions have been temporarily seized by the Mumbai zonal office of ED in accordance with the provisions of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), 2002. Along with others, Kundra is accused of obtaining enormous sums of money from the “gullible public with the false promises of 10 percent per month return in the form of bitcoins”; in 2017, these bitcoins were valued at Rs 6,600 crore.

Raj Kundra’s properties, valued at Rs 97.79 crore, were taken by the ED. Among the assets linked is a residential apartment in Juhu, Mumbai, registered in his spouse Shilpa Shetty’s name. According to the ED, there is also a residential home in Pune and equity shares registered in Raj Kundra’s name.
