Following the revelation of information about his rave party last year, Elvish Yadav has been in the news due to his snake poison case. The police have now been ordered by the Punjab & Haryana High Court to guarantee the protection of the animal rights activists who recorded a well-known video featuring YouTuber Elvish Yadav. Yadav was the target of a police complaint made by the activists because they said he used snake venom as a narcotic.

The activists must always have sufficient protection when they appear before the Gurugram Court, per the court’s direction.Yadav was accused of collecting snake venom during rave events and selling it, which led to his latest arrest. He was charged under a number of statutes, including the IPC for criminal conspiracy, the Wildlife Protection Act, and careless behavior involving poisoning that endangered public health.

Following his first arrest, Yadav was granted bail by the Gurugram Court. The Wildlife (Protection) Act, 1972 forbids Yadav from utilizing snakes, as shown in the viral video. An animal rights activist originally complained about this to the Gurugram Court when the police failed to submit a formal police report.
According to Justice Jasjit Singh Bedi, the activists in the case shall always have sufficient protection when they appear in court in Gurgaon, according to the Commissioner of Police, Gurgaon. The court also said that as the charges mostly concern threats made in Uttar Pradesh, any threats or associated matters should be heard in that state’s competent court.

In his application to the High Court, Saurabh Gupta and his brother Gaurav Gupta requested police protection from the YouTuber and his friends. Animal rights activists who had seen Yadav’s popular video filmed and filed a formal complaint against him for utilizing snake venom at rave events are the petitioners.
