A villain with a terrifying persona, performed by actor Manish Wadhwa, was a Pakistani major general named Hamid Iqbal. He most recently appeared in Pathaan with Shah Rukh Khan, where he played a similar role. He said in a recent interview that while both characters had a similar appearance, they presented challenges when it came to portrayal and audience effect.

Playing such a dangerous avatar, where he had to urinate on her in a scenario, made him feel afraid. After this incident, he worried that her supporters may threaten him and cause him trouble.
