Consistency is key: Tarjanee Bhadla’s weight-loss journey

“It’s harder to gain weight than it is to lose weight.”
The Hellaro actress discussed her weight gain struggle, saying, “I always knew that losing weight is a difficult journey, but this time, I learned that even gaining weight is not easy.” At first, consuming a lot of junk food had no impact on my body, not even while I was doing it. Then it dawned on me that our bodies have a resistance, and that barrier may break and cause weight gain or loss.
Tarjanee elaborated, saying, “Within a month of shooting Danny Jigar, my schedule for 3 Ekka was going to start. Losing weight was an entire experience in itself.”

However, the crew told me that I “might get replaced and lose this film” as soon as they saw me. When I began working out regularly, I injured my knee on a treadmill, so I begged them to give me a month. I was unable to work out for over five months, even though I dropped enough weight to film the movie.
“Resilience is essential.”

Due to my injury, I was unable to exercise, so I started intermittent fasting, which helped me shed a significant amount of weight. When I first began working out, I discovered that setting short-term objectives like “itne months mein itna weight loss karna hai” only serves to partially inspire you. Thus, I changed my objective to being reliable.
Regretfully, we haven’t yet normalized a young girl’s obesity via our media. It’s common to encounter love tales about males who fall in love with a typical, slender female. There are movies that include overweight male or female characters, but the storyline of such movies isn’t typical.”

“I like performing Surya Namaskar and working out at the gym. My favorite method for increasing flexibility has also been yoga, which you can perform anywhere with a mat! I seldom skip a day of exercise, but there are days when I just feel like going for a stroll or a jog.”
“This journey has given me a newfound love for myself.”
Tarjanee talks about how her weight-loss journey taught her to appreciate herself. “Because I had a thyroid condition, my mother was worried about the weight I gained throughout adolescence. I used to detest my body and myself so much that, in an attempt to feel better, I began stress eating throughout my time in college since I believed that being overweight was the most embarrassing thing there was. However, because of Danny Jigar and my persona, who exuded confidence in her own flesh, I managed to hold onto that self-assurance and came to the realization that self-love in all its manifestations is essential. Humans can never be content with their appearance. For example, once I hit 30, I’ll think I looked better at 25, or after I age 50, I’ll think I could have done all of this at thirty, and so on. I believe that everyone should be supportive of us and not make fun of our weight since I have learned to accept my body and have experienced the pain that comes with being overweight. That trauma is caused by a lack of self-love, shame, and confidence. People often forget that a person may also be dealing with medical issues like PCOD or thyroid problems.
