According to an expert, Prince Harry would “reconsider becoming a US citizen” because the UK court’s decision was “crushing.”

Prince Harry may soon “reconsider becoming a US citizen,” according to one expert. 2020 saw the departure of Harry and Meghan Markle from the royal family. His appeal about his home’s security setup was just turned down.

“Prince Harry’s most recent setback is undoubtedly heartbreaking.”
Harry filed a lawsuit against the government to overturn the ruling. Harry emphasized that despite no longer being a member of the royal family, he and his family are still in danger. He said that he thought he had received unjust treatment.

Paul Britton, a criminal defense attorney, believes that Harry is probably “crushing” over the decision, as the Daily Express said. When the problems with his visa application are resolved, this might then lead to his seeking American citizenship.

“Considering the circumstances, Prince Harry’s most recent setback is undoubtedly heartbreaking,” Britton said. “This decision has been eagerly anticipated by the legal community and the judgment was conclusive – the decision made by Ravec will not be changed and Prince Harry’s security protection in the UK will not be increased.”

“It remains to be seen how this influences Prince Harry’s next steps,” he said. Many predict that he may quickly second-guess his choice to become a US citizen if he doesn’t believe that there is sufficient security in place to safeguard him and his family upon their return to the UK.

He said, “His current US visa application, which is currently the subject of its own legal battle, is the complication in all of this.”

Harry had before said that he had “considered” requesting naturalization. It wasn’t “a priority” for him, he continued.

According to the Duke and Duchess’ former butler for King Charles, their return to the UK is “possible” and may even be permanent. According to Grant Harold, “I’ve always said if Harry did return to the UK, it is possible. It’s difficult to say given everything that has gone on and the trust that has been broken down whether they could return as full-time royals,” the New York Post said.
