Anshula Kapoor reveals five fashion pieces that she loved in her 30s but never wore in her 20s

In terms of self-love and body positivity, Anshula Kapoor has undoubtedly become a champion. Even though she grew up in a field that places a high value on appearance and has tight rules that she set for herself, the star child has gradually come to terms with her appearance.

Recently, Anshula, the daughter of Boney Kapoor and sister of Arjun Kapoor, posted a video titled “5 things I wear in my 30s that I wouldn’t in my 20s.” Indeed, you got it—it’s the talk of the town right now, and how!
The woman started a discussion on embracing authenticity and defying social standards by showcasing five pieces from her wardrobe that, while she may not have chosen for herself in her 20s, she certainly rocks in her 30s.

While Anushula’s 20s style was all about covering up with huge sleeves and garments, her 30s wardrobe is much more free-spirited, with Anushula loving off-shoulder dresses, crop tops, bold slits, sleeveless dresses, and shorts—all while boldly flaunting her flaws and stretch marks.

The star youngster showed her development toward appreciating her body, warts and all, by taking her Instagram followers on a personal journey of self-acceptance via an honest remark. These five pieces represent a significant mental change, denoting her recovery of her body from the constraints of society, rather from just being style statements.

She said, “I spent my entire teenage years and my 20s hiding my body under baggy clothes,” in an emotional letter to her admirers. That is no longer what we do.

I now realize that my body will never be “perfect” in the eyes of any outside beauty standard, and that’s good. However, it is still mine to enjoy and cherish, and even though I didn’t offer it any affection for the most of my 20s, my body has supported and loved me through every day that I have felt embarrassed of it.”

Anshula advocates for wearing whatever makes one feel secure and rejecting criticism from others in her inspiring message. What do you think of her audacious claim? Tell us.
