Assam HSLC Result 2024 Announced: Jorhat Student Wins Exam; Pass Percentage at 75.70%

The HSLC results for 2024 have been released by the Board of Secondary Education, Assam (SEBA). Results.sebaonline.org, sebaonline.org, and resultsassam.nic.in are the official websites where students may see their Assam board class 10 results. Students need to get at least thirty percent of the possible points in each topic and overall pass the SEBA HSLC test in 2024.

The Assam HSLC test 2024 was won by Jorhat native Anurag Doloi, who received 593 points, ahead of Biswanath district native Jharna Saikia, who received 590 marks. 20,552 pupils received star marks, 6,392 received distinction, and 1,05,873 received first division.

The dates of the 2024 HSLC exams were February 16–March 4, 2024. Within 45 days after the exam’s completion, the results were announced. According to Minister Ranoj Pegu, 4,19,078 pupils took the HSLC test; of them, 1,87,904 were male, 2,31,164 were female, and 10 identified as transgender.

The passing % is now 75.70%. Male students outnumbered female pupils in the test pass rate. For males, the pass rate is 77.28%, while for girls, it is 74.41%. However, the test was passed by 80% of the transgender pupils who took it. The districts that have performed the best include Chirang, Nalbari, and Baksa.
