Enjoy mouthwatering curries and kebabs at this Juhu food festival

In Mumbai, the winter season is already underway. It is comfortable to savor hot kebabs under the open sky while feeling the cold air caress your face. From January 10–25, Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach is holding the Indian Kebabs and Curries festival at their beachside, seasonal Bageecha location. This is a great place to indulge in some delicious kebabs and curries.

Situated on the tranquil Juhu Beach and bathed in soft, floaty lights, Bageecha creates an atmosphere that is beyond ordinary. A live Ghazal performance’s soft strumming offers a dash of cultural refinement and creates a calming atmosphere that’s perfect for both romantic date evenings and family get-togethers.

A specifically created food, imagined and executed by Bageecha’s skilled chefs, is the focal point of this event. Guests have the opportunity to choose from two set menus, which are carefully crafted to accommodate both vegetarian and non-vegetarian palates, in addition to the traditional ala carte dining selections.

For those who like meat, the non-vegetarian supper is delightful. A variety of appetizers, including the Jaituni Murg Tikka, Amritsari Chicken Finger, Kasundi Fish Tikka, Lamb Seekh Kabab, and Armada Taxa Jhinga, are served first. Rich and flavorful meals like Murgh Changezi, Dhaba Gosht, and Ajwaini Fish are served as the main course, along with the house specialties, Dal Bageecha and Dal Masala. You may choose between Tawa Biryani and Saada Chawal to finish the meal.

Customers may enjoy appetizers like Tandoori Mushroom Double Dekar, Rampuri Paneer Tikka, Tandoor Malai Soya Chaap, and Chaharra Aloo from the vegetarian menu. Along with Tarkari Biryani, the main course consists of Kadai Paneer, Subz Bowli Handi, Sarson Ka Saag, Dal Tadkka, and Dal Bageecha.

A variety of breads, such as Lachha Paratha, Chur-Chari Naan, Amritsari Kulcha, Tandoori Roti, and Rogani Naan, are served with both cuisines. Desserts such as Sentra Rasmalai, Gulab Jamun, Moong Dal Halwa, Rose Kulfi Falooda, and a variety of personalized ice creams round off the meal.

Every dish served during the event tells a story about India’s rich culinary history rather than merely being a meal. The Indian Kebabs and Curries Festival at Bageecha offers a culinary experience that is as rich and varied as India itself, from appetizers to main courses and sweets.
