One tablespoon of spice blend for tikka masala
Two teaspoons of oil and salt, to taste
One onion, chopped finely
2 pureed tomatoes and 1/2 cup cream
As a garnish, use fresh coriander.

Guidelines:

To let the flavors seep into the paneer, microwave the mixture for five minutes.
Toss in the finely chopped onions and microwave for a few minutes until golden brown.
Add pureed tomatoes to the onion-onion mixture and stir.
Give the tomatoes five more minutes in the microwave to soften and combine with the onions.
Combine the tomato and onion combination with the marinated paneer.
To allow the paneer to absorb the deep flavors, microwave the whole mixture for a further five minutes.
