The contract for developing the substation at Sardar Vallabhbhai International Airport was awarded to Power & Instrumentation (Gujarat) Ltd

Mumbai, India’s Maharashtra, May 8: A prominent leader in the electrical contracting and equipment business, Power & Instrumentation (Gujarat) Limited (NSE: PIGL, BSE: 543912) has been given the coveted contract for the Adani Group’s development of a substation at Sardar Vallabhbhai International Airport in Ahmedabad.

This major project will improve the airport’s infrastructure and increase its operating effectiveness.

Ahmedabad International Airport Ltd. granted the Letter of Award (LOA), recognizing the proficiency and dedication of M/s. Power Instrumentation (Gujarat) Ltd. With a value of Rs 20.93 crore, the contract includes extensive development activities that adhere to the predetermined scope of work.

As per the agreement, starting on May 7, 2024, the Project works must be completed and handed to the Employer within four months of the effective date. This guarantees quick development and timeliness.
