Girls once again take first three places in the Class X PSEB examinations

The Punjab School Education Board released the Class X results today, and females took home the top three spots.

Aditi secured the top two spots with a perfect score of 100%, while Alisha Sharma secured the third place with a score of 99.23%. Alisha received 645 marks, while Aditi received 650 out of a possible 650. Teja Singh Sutantar Memorial Senior Secondary School, Shimla Puri, Ludhiana, is the school where both female students go. Karmanpreet Kaur (645) from Baba Bakala, Amritsar, took third place. Up to 316 pupils had their names included on the merit list.

38,387 students appeared in Ludhiana, out of which 36,573 passed, yielding a 95.27 percent passing ratio.

Leaders Both Aditi and Alisha want to pursue careers in medicine and become physicians. Alisha’s father works as a temple priest, whilst Aditi’s father is a businesswoman. Both toppers’ strengths lie in their unwavering dedication and constant study.

2,81,098 pupils from the state took the PSEB Class X test this year, and 2,73,348 of them passed. This year’s Class X total pass percentage is 97.24, which is.30 less than the 97.44 percent passed previous year. In contrast, the total pass rate in 2022 was 99.06 percent. The district from Amritsar maintained its lead with a 99.24 pass rate. Similar to past years, this year’s female pupils outperformed the guys in every way.
