PAU Ventures publishes book

The book “Musings Unleashed,” written by Dr. Seema Bedi, was launched by the vice chancellor of Punjab Agricultural University (PAU), Dr. Satbir Singh Gosal. During the function, Dr. Gosal conveyed his deep respect for Dr. Bedi’s creative endeavors and called the book an amazing collection that goes beyond traditional intellectual limits. As Dr. Bedi is ready to start a new chapter in her life and say goodbye to her time at PAU, Dr. Gosal is excited about the literary gems she has yet to discover.

Dr. Shammi Kapoor, dean of the college of basic sciences and humanities, took a moment to consider Dr. Bedi’s career and said that she started her tenure at the university in 1990 as an assistant professor. He praised Dr. Bedi’s commitment to academic endeavors and highlighted her proactive participation in sharing information outside of academic settings. In particular, he praised her proclivity for perceptive articles that have found their way into newspaper columns, providing readers with incisive viewpoints on a range of topics.

The previous chair of the Department of Economics and Sociology, Dr. MS Sidhu, said that Dr. Bedi’s skillful compilation of a bouquet of ideas is a result of her knowledge in plant biology and her deep grasp of social dynamics.
