Chef Anil Nayar, who just returned to the Bay from Seattle where he was operating a state-of-the-art gastropub, is in charge of Dobaraa’s cuisine. Chef Akhil, a gifted and quirky local youngster from SoBo, lends him further help.

The menu offers a variety of mouthwatering dishes on the large plates menu, including Eastern nibbles like Zaatar Pita With Hummus and Lebanese Batata Harra, as well as international favorites like British Batter Squid and Daikon Radish Cake. There are also quirky Ched takes on classic dishes like Adobo Thecha Chicken Shashlik, Punjabi Poutines, Bawaji Nu Dhanshak, and Chicken 33.
