Success Story: Without any coaching, 22-year-old Ananya Singh passed the UPSC CSE on her first try

With just a year of study, passing the UPSC Civil Service Exam is not an easy feat. Candidates must put in years of hard work to qualify for the UPSC test, which is regarded as one of the hardest in the nation. They also need coaching for this. However, IAS Ananya Singh has disproved this. She is a Prayagraj native and has topped both the class 10 and 12 board exams in her area. At the young age of 22, she passed the CSE.

Ananya Singh finished her primary schooling at Prayagraj’s St. Mary’s Convent School. In the tenth board test, he received 96 percent of the possible points, and in the twelfth, 98.25 percent. In both the tenth and twelfth grades, she was the CISCE board district topper. Ananya graduated with honors in economics from Shri Ram College of Commerce in Delhi after her 12th grade.

Since she was young, she had aspired to be an IAS official. She did, however, begin studying for the UPSC test during her last year of university. She used to spend seven or eight hours a day studying. She then set up a six-hour study plan when the foundation was solidified. Together, they studied for the UPSC preliminary and main exams.

Singh put in a lot of effort for a year before taking the 2019 UPSC test. In the test, she received an All-India rank of 51. She was shocked by her ranking when she saw the UPSC CSE 2019 test results. She achieved her boyhood goal of becoming an IAS officer at the young age of 22. She wrote notes and gathered literature according to the curriculum in order to be ready for the tests, which she said greatly aided in preparation and revision. Singh said that since she had taken notes, the answers had been ingrained in her memory. She is now assigned to the cadre of West Bengal.
