UPSC CSE 2024: Visit upsc.gov.in to learn about the Civil Service Examination Notification

Today, February 14, the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) is scheduled to officially announce the UPSC Civil Service Examination (CSE) 2024. When the UPSC CSE 2024 notice becomes available, interested and qualified applicants may check it on the official website, upsc.gov.in. It will include all exam-related information, such as the age restriction, qualifying requirements, format, and other crucial dates.

Applications for the CSE preliminary test should open today. March 5 is the deadline to apply for the preliminary test, according to the official announcement. It is planned to take place on May 26 and the major test on October 19. Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or have an equivalent qualification in order to be eligible to appear for the UPSC test. Additionally, they have to be in the age range of 21 to 32.

Step 3: Press the hyperlink. The notice about the preliminary test will appear on the screen as a PDF file.

Step 4: Save and download the page for later use.

Candidates must register, submit the necessary files, pay the application costs, and complete the provided form in order to apply for the test. A Rs 100 application fee is required of all applicants, with the exception of women, candidates who are SC, ST, or have a person with a benchmark disability, who are exempt from costs based on past trends.

Candidates should be aware that the UPSC Prelims Paper 1 is centered around General Studies 1, for which candidates must cover a wide range of subjects, including general science, national and international relations, Indian history, the Indian National Movement, India’s social geography, politics, and governance, which includes the country’s constitution, political system, and public policy, as well as economic and social development that touches on poverty and environmental studies that cover biodiversity and climate change.
