While trekking in Scotland, two Indian students fall into a river and perish

While trekking at a well-known tourist destination with four other friends from Scotland, two Telugu students perished by drowning.

The two Dundee University master’s degree candidates were hiking when they slipped into the river.

On Wednesday night, a rescue squad pulled their remains from the water close to the Linn of Tumme, the meeting place of two rivers.

According to a representative of the Indian High Commission in London, the two students’ remains were discovered downstream.
