A businessman, 27, was killed in a collision involving two automobiles in west Delhi

NEW DELHI: In Kirti Nagar, west Delhi, a 27-year-old businessman was killed when his automobile collided with another vehicle that suddenly arrived from the left. The car slammed the middle verge when Vansh Jolly lost control of it. Jolly’s head was severed and the automobile was dragged many meters as a result of the incident.

On Wednesday, Jolly was commuting in his mother’s Hyundai Elantra from Connaught Place to Mansarovar Garden.The second vehicle, a Toyota Etios driven by Rajesh Arora, struck him as he was about to go home at 5:50 p.m. in front of Royal Imperial Studio, which is located on the Kirti Nagar route that connects Bihari Chowk and BCD Chowk.

CCTV footage of the incident showed Jolly’s vehicle flipping over and colliding with the median barrier. Jolly passed away instantly because the airbags in the automobile did not activate. The police believe that while the vehicle was being dragged, Jolly’s head slipped out of the open driver’s side window and severed.

Jolly was discovered dead in the driver’s seat by a police crew. Nandini His mother Jolly said, “My son was coming home from work after hanging out with some pals. I received a call from the police asking me to come to the station. Until I got there, I had no idea what had transpired. I’ve now lost my life. According to Dharmender Arora, Jolly’s uncle, “He was a young and smart boy.”
Arora, who suffered injuries in the collision, was traveling home with his spouse from his workplace. An officer said, “We are awaiting the FSL report to determine the cause of the incident.”
Sections 279 (negligent driving endangering human life) and 304A (causing death by carelessness) of the Indian Penal Code were the subject of a formal complaint filed at the Kirti Nagar police station.
