Apna Dal (K) leaves the INDIA bloc and joins the AIMIM front

In preparation for the Lok Sabha election, Apna Dal (Kamerawadi) officially split from the India bloc on Sunday and joined up with Asaduddin Owaisi’s AIMIM to establish a united front.

Declaring the PDM Nyay Morcha a front for bringing justice to Muslims and the lower castes, Dalits, the two opposition parties launched it. This is comparable to PDA, an abbreviation for Pichda, Dalit, and Alpasankhyak (minorities) that was created by the Samajwadi Party, a previous partner of Apna Dal (K).

Pallavi Patel, the leader of Apna Dal (K), clearly said that the party was no longer an associate of the SP, which belonged to the India bloc.

“We are no longer a part of the Indian bloc,” said Krishna Patel, the leader of Apna Dal (K).

She said that the partnership between her party and the SP had broken down and that Akhilesh Yadav, the leader of the SP, was responsible for it.

According to Pallavi, Yadav said that the agreement with the Apna Dal was just for the 2022 Assembly elections, not the Lok Sabha election. “The Congress welcomed us to join the INDI alliance, but they need to have made it obvious whether or not we are a member of the INDI bloc. However, Pallavi claimed, “the Congress showed little interest in this.”
