At the appropriate time, Cong will declare the candidates for Raebareli, Amethi: Pandey Avinash

According to party national secretary Avinash Pandey, the Congress candidates for the Amethi and Raebareli seats in the next Lok Sabha elections would be revealed at the appropriate time on Monday.

He claimed these names would be released shortly and that electoral politics need a well-thought-out plan.

Pandey said that the Gandhi family has long been connected to the Raebareli and Amethi communities, and that the central leadership has been informed of the opinions of Congress leaders and workers.

He said that discussions are ongoing with Akhilesh Yadav, the head of the Samajwadi Party, for joint rallies and meetings of the INDIA bloc partners.

District, block, and state-level coordination is in place, and INDIA bloc leaders Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, Mallikarjun Kharge, and Akhilesh Yadav will shortly begin holding rallies. The rally dates would be revealed very shortly, he added.

Pandey announced the party’s Uttar Pradesh election platform, stating that the group will support women, youth, farmers, and tribal people. He said that the party had included recommendations and opinions from the public into the manifesto.

When asked about Narendra Modi’s comments on the “Muslim League imprint” in the Congress platform, Pandey said that the prime minister is afraid of the party. “Among other things, the BJP’s campaign pledges to provide Rs 15 lakh and double farmers’ income were not kept.
